A pdf book I uploaded is displaying extremely blurred in the main viewer window. This is on all pages of the item. Also, the thumbnail in search results has the same problem. However if I download the pdf from the site, it is totally fine. Also, the item is one of a six-volume set, and the other volumes, all from the same parent source, upload and display fine.
What has gone wrong and how do I fix it?

ppi = 9 !!
Try to edit metadata, delete that field, add fixed-ppi = 300 (or any reasonable value) and rerun the derivation

Well spotted. The server must have been having a bad day. I've made the edit, will wait to see the effect, which has not yet implemented. Thanks

Edit1: PS: though I do see that after making the edit and saving, the exit page says:
No changes to _meta.xml
No change to derivation rules.

So I hope it does process the new ppi and make changes?
Edit2: I missed the significance of deleting the ppi field and substituting for a new fixed-ppi field. Now it seems to be running.
